She recently led an essential organization as Interim Executive Director through a significant transition in leadership, followed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Her leadership led to reducing high turnover by 50% in six months and stabilizing the organization for the next permanent Executive Director. She has successful corporate experience in management, training, strategic planning, sales, business development, facilitation, and coaching. Sue masterfully applies her knowledge and experience in a compelling manner to elevate and maximize organizational and individual success.
Her certifications include the use of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360 Emotional Intelligence assessments, Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency profile, the iMAP, TKI Conflict Mode, and Strengths Finders assessments. She is also a certified instructor of the TRACOM Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency, and Social Style and Versatility courses. Sue has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and completed her coaching training at The Coaches Training Institute and College of Executive Coaching.
